We set sail with secret orders, everyone has signed up to the fact that they are going away for a year and once the ship has sailed there will be no turning back for anyone!! .."wait for me" .huh! oh crap i forgot ,isadora i will never hear the last of this, mind you she not done bad we must be 5 miles out and she is catching up with us.she does a mean front crawl. we drag her aboad and continue on our way, i somehow think i will pay for this later!!

But where are we going..well I can tell you now that we have sailed, “we are going to survey one of the most remote places known ….Kevin…hey! Kevin what are you looking for”.. Kevin is walking franticly around the deck looking into every hatch and porthole..Eh!..what!...”Oh sorry, it’s just that I swear that I heard Doris’s voice, I must be getting paranoid”.. “cheer up said spirtbird look about you. look at the seagulls flying freely on the wind picking up the souls of our ancestors and carrying them across the globe”.. “Ah  that’s It” cried kev..”I thought that their squawking was Doris.. phew!.

“Is there gonna be any digging” asked gilreanH. “.sorry”? I say…”is there gonna be any digging because I like to dig”…”well some I reply but not quite what your expecting”!!

Notbob has set up the bar and I check to see if he has stocked it properly…”did you get everything you needed before we set sail bob”?.. “yep! I have managed to get 25 different drinks”.. “Oh! What drinks did you get”?  “Well I got apple cider pear cider orange cider crab apple cider” …”bob!! Did you get any other drink apart from cider??.” “of course I did I am not that selfish”.. sorry bob ..what else did you get”…”I got a keg of iron bru”!!

I look across the deck and see jenray, trintrin, wifey, missymouse and meno whispering in a tight huddle towards the stern.. “what you whispering about” ..”nothing jack,  just girls talk”. Jake walks across having been sat starring at a photo of his loved one, well if you can call a lotus a loved one. “I know what their talking about, they are deciding who will be the one to push you overboard if we go anywhere near the arctic or Antarctic”.  “No” I shout out “it will be a great place you will love it!!. “will there be any teaching needed”..”well ! Yes!  cj592 , but that will be done by me”.

 “Now look here I am the teacher your not even qualified”,  “Cj just wait and see”.. He walks of swishing his cane, what alarms me is everytinme rubychoo sees im swishing it she has an enormous grin on her face!. Another group come towards me looking quite menacing.  I was faced by lledeb,  MarkJT,  Znethru and rainbow dreams. 

“Look we are not happy” said Znethru, we don’t really know you and here you are giving orders. who put you in charge of this particular trip, huh!, go on who made you captain??”.. Er well actually it was La-spice..

“you called” said la-spice coming up from the galley”…the group started coughing and spluttering.. “ah yes… Er …yes that will be ok then” said Znethru,  “you have a problem” said La-spice they all look down at their feet and I swear they seemed to shrink at least 4 inches…”Good” smiled La-spice…”tea jack” she handed me a cup whilst the group shuffled quickly away, except for xmillyxxx  who went the other way she had said right from the start that she would never follow the pack!! 

Two week later

“Land Hoe” shouted Rubychoo from the crows nest..” I knew she would be the first to spot land” said wendlane, “whys that?” I asked , “because she has been up there since we bloody sailed, she wont come down for nothing. last week I saw kev and faffajane storm the crows nest only to get beaten back by rubychoo with a life size model of Gordon brown”.

“Where is everybody?”, “down in the galley “said kiki, who had been giggling and laughing throughout the whole journey. “they are listening to more jokes from prydwen, he has been telling them non stop since we came through the suez canal,”

I shivered at the memory of that specific part of the trip.. Miblo had gone berserk and attacked a passing ship as we came out of the canal and into the open sea. He was dressed as a pirate and shouting “I have come to take you back black pearl” “I thought I had lost you”. With that he had boarded a replica off the golden hind that was on a world tour promotional trip and was throwing the crew overboard. I suspect he had had a traumatic time on the last ship he sailed on. Anyway miramaze spoke to the crew and they calmed down she sat and explained everything and they decided not to press charges   which was amazing as she spoke to them in swedish and the crew were English  but there you go.

“Bloody hell said doralene it is beautiful”, I was knocked to the floor as PrincessFiona ran to the side.. “its my island” she screamed and promptly jumped over board and started swimming for shore , splash ilfurettofuribondo  dived in after her shouting I will look after her he looked quite funny in his pink water wings!. .

Jenniebaby and rainbowdreams86 came over and both gasped at the sight…”are we really gonna stay here for a year”. Yep I said and what exactly will be doing? I handed everyone sealed instructions that told them all of the survey we were gonna make of the reef. everyone will be taught how to dive and the beauty of this island is that it has the magic to make everyone fit and well with no problems to hold them back everyone will be fit and healthy La-spice made sure of that.

“Something will go wrong bet there will be a hurricane or a monsoon or a tsunami mumbled decado66”, but even he cheered up as the magic enveloped us and our adventure begins here are the photos of our island
