What a fantastic Chinese banquet we had last night. Thanks to everyone for making it another great night on board "Lollipop".

Well at last the sun is shining, the sea is calm and the sky is blue so we're in for another relaxing day at sea. Don't forget this is a group blog and please feel free to contribute - it's getting rather lonely at the helm now my first mate has taken shore leave.

Now how about an armchair keep fit session?
